Being the largest and the most used piece of furniture, sofas surely can be an object to inspire and impress. So rather than purchasing the simple one, why don’t you go for some work of art, a focal point that has your guests talking?

1) Carpet Sofa:

Inspired by the limitations of a small apartment Korean sculptor Lila Jang makes 18th-century French styled furniture with a bend. So here is the Canapé Sofa with one half that is a plain looking simple sofa of an old fashioned style which fulfills the need of sitting and the other half is a pure piece of art which appears to be on the climbing the wall. Tilting our head will give us the view of a wall as of floor. This design was displayed in an exhibition (Parcours Saint Germaine) in Paris.

4) Smart Sofa:

The smartest of all, not only by it looks, but it’s also multifunctional one which can be converted into a bunk bed. It has a supporting ladder and guard rails to go up and sleep. This multifunctional sofa is ideal for all kind of living rooms giving you a complete package of sit and sleep.

Is it a sofa or a massaging machine? This is a multi tasking sofa brought to you by a student from Bucks New University. As it clearly shows that the giant brushes with thick bristles on these sofas are designed to give you a relaxing massage whenever you get onto it. Thou these sofas are not too practical but teens love it the most. What an innovative idea!

6) Do-Lo-Res:

Do you like playing Tetris? You have an option to play this with your sofas as well. It’s made up of several soft cubes of different heights, arranged in rows and fixed to a point by steel pins.

7) Room Sofa:

Want privacy? Here’s the mini room made of pure foam and leather coating inside and covered from outside as well.

8) Lightening Sofa:

This sofa gives a soothing effect on our eyes. Its effect is amazing. Its lighting can add warmth and energy to any room. It is made to effect in brightening homes.

9) Sitscape Sofa:

This sitting zone is nearly 20ft long. Design of this sitter is based on particular seating positions and smooth alterations between them. Based on people’s preferred relaxing positions, the designer generated six basic positions and made it a perfect one!

10) Yang Sofa:

This sofa can be interlinked. You can create a range of different positions using up to four left- or right-arm sofas.
